ESK - Hover Text Highlight

I made a new plugin! This one removes the rectangle cursor when hovering/selecting something, and changes the text color of what is being selected. You can use either hex color codes or the Window.png image in your project's img/system folder.

HOW TO USE:
This plugin has a few parameters that can be edited in the database.

The first section pertains to whether the rectangle cursor is visible or not, as well as if the plugin influences only active/focused windows. (I recommend the default settings, unless you want to still use the rectangle cursor alongside the text color change.)

Section two is where the text color settings are. It's split up into 'hover' and 'selected' for anyone who wants to use different colors to better distinguish things. If using hex codes, set the parameters for 'Use Window.png' to false. By default, this is set to true for my own personal project. After you decide if you're using the Window image or hex codes, there are individual parameters to enter the number/hex code. Again, you'll need to do this for the 'hovering over text' and 'selected text'.
