Offscreen Tracker System

Features:

- Target Tracking: Arrow rotates to point at the target, while the attached Text and Icon remain horizontal for readability.

- Distance Display: Optionally shows real-time distance to the target that updates as the player moves.

- UI Positioning: The label group (Icon + Name) automatically anchors to the arrow's tail based on the current rotation angle.
