[CGMZ] Sound IDs

This plugin allows you to associate a sound file with an id. You can then play sound files by id via plugin command. Then, later in development if you decide to change the sound file, you only need to change it once in the plugin parameters instead of everywhere it was used throughout your game. You can also choose to play a random sound effect out of multiple possible ids provided via plugin command.

Import into plugin manager and enable the plugin. Some customization options are able to be altered. Further instructions in plugin.
