Mutliple gamepads support for MV/MZ

I present you MultiPad. My own plugin for all things related to multiple gamepads in RPG Maker MV/MZ.

At the moment it includes the following features:

• Defining which gamepads control a player and menu actions
  
• Notetags for making events controled with controllers
  
• Reading state of different gamepads
  
• Triggering common events whenever controllers are connected/disconnected
