(Tool, MV & MZ) Visualize Region IDs

This is a tool. It's not meant to be for the players, but for you, the game dev. This plugin automatically disables itself when you start a game outside from the test-mode.

I recently did something with Region IDs and needed something to see them on my map in-game. So I quickly made a plugin to visualize them. Already helped me a lot, maybe it helps you as well.
