Limit Screen Flash Option - Version 1.0

Introduction
Intense flashing screens can be uncomfortable for players who are photosensitive or those who have gotten too used to dark modes.

This plugin adds an option to limit the intensity of flashing screens in RPG Maker MZ  or MV in the options menu.

Features
You can change the parameters for:

• Intensity Threshold (0-255) - flash screen effects with the intensity equal or above this value will be toned down.
  
• Adjusted Intensity Level (0-255) - the intensity of toned-down flash effects will be set to this value.
  
• Options Menu Name - Name of the option that will be added to the options menu.
  

How to Use
Place in plugins folder and activated it in the plugins manager. Set the plugin parameters as desired.
