TSGamepad - On screen touch controls

TSGamepad V.1.0
Here is the release candidate for my plugin TSGamepad. Most everything seems to be working as far as what I could test. If you guys have any bugs, issues, or questions feel free to post them here. Thanks to everyone who helped me make this and gave me suggestions to improve upon it.

There are parameters that can be changed to help customize your user experience. the D-pad size and Joystick size can be set and if you don't want one or the other simply set the size to 0. You can set the file extension type for your controllers button graphics. You can also change the colors on the 4 face buttons using hex color codes. Hope you guys can put this to good use!

included in the zip file is the .js for the plugin as well as SVG and PNG versions of the controller buttons. Thanks again everyone!
