Introduction
There is too much work load at the end of the year and I can't seem to find time to play with RPG Maker MV much  


My friend asked me if there is a way to "enable specific skill when HP is lower than 50%".

I thought this is a good idea, since I am addicted to Hearthstone and there is ability called 'Enrage' that works this way.

That's why this simple plugin is made. It should not conflict with other plugin, ever.

Features
- Set condition for specific skill to be usable if actor has HP less / more than XX percent.

Ideas to use this plugin

You can use it for:

- High damage skill that only usable if actor has HP less than 10%

- Powerful team healing skill that can't be use if actor is injured (e.g. HP less than 30%)

etc.

How to Use
You can add the condition to skill's note


There are 2 options:

<whpmore:50>
- (Change 50 to any number from 1 - 100) This skill can be used only if HP IS MORE THAN 50%

<whpless:50>
- (Change 50 to any number from 1 - 100) This skill can be used only if HP IS LESS THAN 50%

You shouldn't put both options in one skill though
