rpg_el's MenuSkipActorSelect.js v1.0.0

Description:
This is a plugin to skip selecting an actor entry for Skill/Equip/Status, and to go into the Skill/Equip/Status screen immediately. Additionally, left/right keys work now in addition to pageup/pagedown keys for cycling through actors.

Possible uses: useful if like me, you find the top-left actor cycle buttons of the new touch UI sufficient, and the historic super-explicit actor select annoying and even confusing.

(observe how clicking Equip/Skill/Status goes directly into the respective screen. Formation still works as usual.)
