A Topical and Meaningful Thread Title
Titles such as “help me” and “it’s broken” are not descriptive. They also do not grab the attention of would-be helpers.
If your thread title is some variant of “help me,” hit the edit button and come up with a title that accurately summarizes the support needed.
Template
Issue Summary — Summarize the support issue you are encountering. What is, or is not, happening? What are you hoping to accomplish?
Details —Go into more detail. Discuss any important information or interactions that may be influencing the support issue you are encountering. Are there any steps to replicate the issue? What have you already tried to remedy the issue?
What tutorials or previous support threads have you referenced? —Check out your own issue! The best solutions are learned! Please link and discuss any references/research. We may know one that fits your exact situation a bit better.
Are you using any plugins? — If yes, list them. It may or may not be the root of your support issue, but it is very important to rule out.
Attach any illustrative screenshots, full event pages with no cropping, mock ups, etc. —Pictures speak when we cannot find words. It may be necessary, or just plain easier, to get a look into the actual inputs.
Please avoid any lore/info dumping that will not influence the outcome. It could add unnecessary noise.
