[Request] Menu with one image and 4 variables. (Paying 50$!)

Greetings,

What I want is simple and I know 50$ is not much but it's about as much as I can offer right now and the request from what I've learned is somewhat simple.





Just a status menu (to replace the original status, only one actor) like that in 640x480, it's composed of three parts, a background image (static), a frontal image that changes depending on the number of variable 5 and around it should be 4 slots somewhat saying the strength of his alignments, that part is irrelevant, the point is, should have "some text": number_on_a_variable

That's it! If anyone knows something like this that exists or is willing to create it, contact me ASAP!
