Introduction :

This plugin gives the user to create popup messages above a characters head in maps. It's rather simplistic, and can only​
display text, but it does come with the ability to adjust font size, and text color per message. The plugin also has a sound effect parameter, which will allow you to have a sound effect play when a popup is displayed.

• Display a simple text message above an the player, an event, a follower, or an actor in maps.
  
• Have a sound effect play when a popup message is displayed.
  
• Adjust font size of popups.
  
• Adjust font color of popups.
