Spell Charge System: Spell Charge System-5.jpg

Introduction
This script introduces a spell charge system similar to that from Final Fantasy 1

Features
Configure the script to use the included hash array or use note tags in the classes.
Specify how many charges that can be learned and when or note tags will use pattern specified
Configure options and specify if normal skills are to be used as well
Each script is intended to work with the others as a complete system
Not using the shop or battle scripts would require you to integrate those capabilities into your game yourself.

Note
This was designed for the default system at 640 x 480 resolution.
If you use this with other scripts and encounter a problem, please describe the issue with an image or error code.
Compatibility patches can be made if I am able.
Fixed bugs thanks to @ydoolb
