What doe this Plugin do?
This plugin modifies the amount of damage/healing  from regen.
The structure of the Tags are <(Poison/Regen)(Multiplier/Limit)(Hp/Mp/Tp): n> so for example, <PoisonMultiplierHp: 50> will make the total negative regen 50% effective.
-Poison will take effect if the total regen value is negative.  Likewise, Regen takes effect if the total regen value is positive.
-Multiplier alters the value (100 = 100%) and stacks multiplicatively.  Limit sets an upper cap on values, lowest chosen.
-Hp/Mp/Tp affects that attribute.  If you want to affect Hp and Mp in one state, you would have to use two tags.
The tags can be applied to actors/enemies, states and .  Also, negative numbers work on this, effectively flipping Poison into a "Regen".

Example:
Evil King Bob is a strong boss with 100000 HP.  So strong, in fact, that he only receives 50% Poison damage, but he's also gifted with an amulet that caps Poison damage at 1000 HP.  Now, the pesky Thief inflicts a Poison that deals 10% poison, so someone as strong as him would receive 10000 damage per turn...But his strong constitution reduces that damage to 5000 HP, not that he has anything to worry about as the amulet ensures he only gets 1000 damage per turn!

As seen above, this plugin can be used to ensure a boss doesn't get cheesed by DoTs.  Or, if you liked Borderlands 2, you can Slag targets to take 200% more damage from DoTs.
