Introduction
This is a Plugin that allows a playlist of Audio files to play in the background (using
AudioManager._bgmBuffer), or play from the radio scene in the game menu.

I've finally made changes and updated this system with a complete overhaul.
MVRadio 2.0 - Your Game's Music Station!

Features:
♪ Stations continue to play in background even when not listening
♪ Radio menu integration for main radio functionality
♪ Can add unlimited stations

Just add ogg/m4a songs into your playlists in Parameters and they'll go in order like a real radio station.

Let me know if you run into any issues or need better features added.

Notes
Originally had Plugin commands but it got a bit convoluted in projects and in coding. I can reimplement that feature or another way to control the radio. This uses the AudioManager._bgmBuffers that RPG Maker MV can utilize in order to create extra music channels that don't interrupt main BGMs
