Introduction
Overhauls the tile drawing function to include for 6 or more frames animation for all the water and water fall tiles.

• A user friendly frame corrector if developers just want to draw 6 frame without learning the nuance
  
• Manual frame input that gives the user full control of the 21 by 21 A1 tile set

How to Use
If you intend to only use the template then don't change any of the plugin parameters. Then draw over the template with the tiles you want and delete the red for better space storage. But if you want to use manual frame input then look at the plugin help for further clarification.
