[CGMZ] Plugin Commands

Adds some plugin commands that are meant to make some things with the default editor easier, such as turning a switch on/off if an event is within certain xy coordinates or controlling self switches for any event and much more.

• Adds lots of plugin commands for controlling switches, timer, and more
  
• Control any event's self switch
  
• Request autosaves or call scenes

Import into plugin manager and enable the plugin. Some customization options are able to be altered. Further instructions in plugin.
