import from csv file

I could not find a plugin to load in excel files or csv.  So I made one.  I come from a world of C languages so my JavaScript isn't that great.

To give back to the community that gave me so much to me I'm releasing for any use  as long as it isn't illegal.  No credit needed.

This will work great for writing you story and having it load up making it easier to edit.

You can use this anyway you want,  commercial or non,  no credit needed.  You do not need to tell me.
