Question about using RTP resources from other RPG Makers

Hi,

So I have both RPG Maker 2003 and VX Ace on Steam, and I want to use some of the music from RPG Maker 2003 in my VX Ace project. I will be converting them to MP3 via an online converter I found, and then to OGG for looping purposes.

My question here is, am I allowed to do this under the EULA since I bought the licenses to use both programs? I'm not very good at reading legalese terms, so I wasn't sure if this is okay or not. I understand that I can't use these resources outside of RPG Maker programs, but I was wondering if this also means I can only use 2003's RTP for 2003 only, or if I can also use it in VX Ace or any other RPG Maker on Steam.
