Scrolling Item Names v1.04

Introduction
A discovery upon assisting with a project involving item affixes, it was seen that the item names were compressed when the name was longer than the text box it would normally be in is.
These sets of scripts corrects this by making the text become a new bitmap on a new viewport to a new plane.
Technical I know but just to also say, if there are any issues, I may not be able to help as each project would be unique.
So some ruby knowledge would be an asset to allow you to fine tune the code.

How to Use
Put below Materials and Above Main

Requires
TsukiHime's Instance Items
Intended for use with Item Affixes or Random Affixes scripts
You are free to alter it to make it work without, but the alterations cannot be sold according to RPG Maker Source terms of use.
