Overview
A basic speedrun timer that can be used through plugin command

Features
- Change speedrun timer position in the plugin parameters. (timerX, timerY)
- Speedrun timer will continue to run at the menu screen, battle screen, etc.
- Plugin command for start or stop. Intended for start to finish

Plugin command:

                Code:       

1. speedrun start

Timer will run without stopping at the menu screen, battle screen, etc. Current value of the timer cannot be saved.

                Code:       

1. speedrun stop

Stop the timer. speedrun starts resets timer

Note: plugin command are case sensitive

Originally plugin is called "BiimSystem" due to inspired interface/ functions from atsumaru. Timer itself should be distinguishable feature.
