[TWings] Armors upgrade / Armorsmith / Goldsmith

This plugin is largely inspired by my weapon Forge plugin.
It can also be used with the Forge plugin to have all the equipment in your game completely managed that way.

Introduction / Features
This plugin is working like my forge plugin but on armors.
For those not familiar with the system, it's designed to upgrade equiped armors instead of buying new ones.

So what does this plugins do ?
It seals defined armor types for relevant actors (you can't unequip those armors anymore for this actor).
It allows you to open a Armorsmith Shop window menu where you can upgrade your equiped armors.
You are free to define as many armor levels as you wish and you can restrict the maximum available level in your events.

How to use
This plugin is not plug&play (but it will automatically lock your actor's armors according to the parameters) !
You need to at least configure every relevant actor's armor list (with existing actors and armors).
