Theo - Instant Battle Start MZ

About:
You hate the "enemy emerged" message.
You want the battle start screen to just right goes to input.
You want to skip the party command.
You don't want the actor sprite movement intro.

Originally this plugin was just about "skip party command". But I thought I might as well as just merge it with everything that makes the battle start more instantaneous. The original content is hidden in the spoiler.

Spoiler: Skip Party Command

About:
This plugin skips the party command window. The one that has fight/escape options.
You can still access the command by using the cancel button.

Currently only works for default turn-based, not the time-progress battle.
May add TPB support later in the future when I know how to do it.
