In this tutorial, I'll teach you how to use stealth to prevent random encounters to stalk the player all the time.
What do we need?
Yanfly's System options script or a scriptlet, a switch, a self switch and an event with two pages.
How to do it
If you don't want to use Yanfly's script, add this scriplet at the bottom of all your scripts.
class Game_Player < Game_Character alias game_player_dash_so dash? def dash? return false if @move_route_forcing return false if $game_map.disable_dash? return false if vehicle return !Input.press?

A) endendFirst, create an event, put a conditional branch checking if the global switch (say, no random battles) is ON.
Set the trigger to Parallel process.
Then put another conditional branch inside the first one, it must check if the self switch is ON.
Put in the "Else" branch, to enable encounters and to enable the self switch.
It must look like this:
Spoiler
Copy this page and paste as the second page, set as condition that the self switch must be ON.
Change the commands in the "Else" part to the first part of the conditional branch, like this:
Spoiler
Make sure to put this event in every map you need.
Then, to make this event not to interfer in important cutscenes, set the "No random battles" switch ON, and set it off once finished.
Hope this helped you!
