Help With Menu Bar Issue

Hi all! Not sure how clear the gif below is to see what's happening, but my MV does this very annoying thing where clicking a dropdown again in the menu bar doesn't close out of it as it should. It just opens the dropdown again, the only way to close the dropdown being to click elsewhere on the screen. Related to that, sometimes clicking a dropdown does the opposite, and it will immediately close itself.

I've messed with my NVIDIA options as that's been the only thing I've seen mentioned in somewhat-related posts on here, Steam and Reddit but nothing so far has fixed this.
