[CGMZ] Vehicle Landing Restrictions

This plugin allows you to restrict where vehicles can land/dock based on a region. There are separate restrictions on a per-vehicle basis.
- Restrict boat from landing by region ID
- Restrict ship from landing by region ID
- Restrict airship from landing by region ID

Restrict access to certain areas that might be important to the story
Import into plugin manager and enable the plugin. Some customization options available. Further instructions in plugin.
