LTN - Layers
What does Layers do?It will give you the ability to add custom images to the map or battle scenes, essentially giving you extra layers to draw on. Similar to all the other Layer, Bind Picture plugins out there, it's just my own version I created for my personal projects.
Layer Options:
[*]Add layers on the bottom/ground, below characters and above characters.
[*]Add static or animated layers, like fogs, shadows, and lighting.
[*]Compatible with multiple tile sizes.
[*]Choose the directory to load images from.
