Creates a shop scene where you can buy skills for actors. It includes selecting which actor can learn the skill, and showing which actors can learn the skill or those that already learned the skill. Can restrict actors/classes from buying skills they otherwise could use via notetag.

Import into plugin manager and enable the plugin. Some customization options available. Further instructions in plugin.
