Custom Loading Screen (AG_CUSTOMLOADER)
Sometimes I feel like the default loading in RPG Maker is just… emptyIt’s just a spinner, even though that moment could be a nice first impression for players.
So I started making this for my own project AG Custom Loader.
At first it was super simple, just wanted something with more “life” when the game boots or changes scenes. But I kept adding stuff and yeah… it kinda grew into a full plugin.
Still not perfect (some features are still experimental), but it already makes the game feel a bit more polished.
Short features:
[*]Custom loading screen (no more default spinner)
[*]Multiple modes (text animation, CSS, images, video, etc.)
[*]Separate loaders for boot, scene, and video
[*]Per-scene custom loader
[*]No coding needed (all via Plugin Manager)
If you’ve ever felt like loading screens are a wasted moment, maybe this could be useful
