TooltipSystem - Sprite-Based Tooltip System

This plugin enhances the User Interface by displaying information windows (tooltips) when hovering over or selecting items, skills, and equipment, rather than using the traditional fixed help window.
It is designed to make the UI feel more modern and dynamic, giving players immediate info right where they are looking.

[*]Dynamic Positioning: The tooltip automatically appears near the selected item or cursor.
[*]Automatic Resizing: The window adjusts its size based on the content text.
[*]Menu & Battle Support: Works seamlessly in both main menus and battle scenes.
[*]Easy Configuration: Plug-and-play setup with customizable parameters.
[*]Cleaner UI: Removes the need for the bulky default "Help Window" at the top of the screen.

How to Use
[*]Download the JS file and place it in your `js/plugins` folder.
[*]Activate the plugin in the Plugin Manager.
[*]Adjust the parameters to fit your game's visual style (window opacity, offsets, etc.).
[*]The plugin automatically pulls the description text from your Database (Items/Skills).

NB: There's a touch of AI in this work: Claude was used for code refactoring, Italian-to-English translation, and some phases of debugging
