RPG MAKER MZ Plugin: Video with subs!

Remember, it's necessary to use "webm" type videos, which are browser format and the type RPG MAKER MZ works with.
You define the time ranges in which you want the text to appear. Save this file with any name you choose in the data folder, and then insert the file name in the plugin command you wish to use.
