[MZ] POG_generalOptions: Keep Calm and NO RUN!

Context: The General Options window is always accessible to the player when on the title screen before starting the game. In this window the player can modify the volume of the sound and, among other things, choose the option "always run". For the vast majority of games, the "always run" option can be quite anticlimactic.
Description: This plugin gives the developer the possibility to choose to activate or not some options in the general options window.
