Evented Recruit and Dismiss Mechanic

While thinking of a project idea that has recruiting party members as a mechanic, I wanted to try my hand at making a Recruit and Dismiss mechanic in RPG Maker through eventing, with a few optional plugins.
Recruit, Character Creation, Character Selection... Whatever you'd like to call it, this system has it! It's a bit rough around the edges, but hopefully it's helpful to some of yall! Inspired by games like Etrian Odyssey and 7th Dragon, form a team of allies and go adventuring!

Features:
[*]Recruit up to 15 characters (can be customized).
[*]Dismiss characters (permanently remove from the team).
[*]A "tutorialized" version that walks through the eventing process in some detail.
Future Additions:
[*]Rename option (it's selectable, just not implemented yet).
[*]If there's enough requests, I could try to event this mechanic out in other RPG Makers. Just not anytime soon. I own XP, VX Ace, and MV as well.
