A pretty simple one this time!

Didn't make one but if you make funny noises while you display balloons... think of that instead.
Features
This plugin automatically plays sound effects you set in the plugin settings for each 'balloon' (exclamation, question, sweat, etc).
That's all it does - so you don't need to add a 'play SE' command before each one.
How to Use
- Copy the "GALV_BalloonSoundEffects.js" file into your project's /js/plugins/ folder.
- Activate plugin using the 'Plugin Manager'
- Set each sound as desired using the defaults as a guide.
