Tutorial topic: How to Make Hylics Animations

Brief description: This simple tutorial will walk you through the process of making RPG Maker battle animations in the visual style of Hylics. It should work in any RPG Maker that uses frame-by-frame battle animations (XP, VX ACE, VX, etc). You can also use this in MZ by copy-pasting the animation from an MV project into your database.

Requirements: photoshop, licecap, cyotek palette editor, rubber gloves, green construction paper
