[*]Open the Project in RPG Maker MV. You can have multiple instances open, so you don't need to close your main project.
[*]Replace the Screen Resolution Via Plugin Manager, based on your project.
[*]Import all necessary graphics
[*]Replace the image inside the event and then hit Test Play.
[*]Use the mouse to move your image any where you desire.
