Cafe Job/Minigame Tutorial RMMZ (No Plugins)
https://www.youtube.com/embed/YIav5QyZsEQThis is a cafe minigame where you can serve coffee/food to customers and make some money in RPG Maker MZ. It's worth noting almost everything here should work just fine in MV as well. This is ALL done with Eventing only, no plugins or extra content is needed.
The basic system works in these steps:
1. talk to your boss and accept your shift to start work (activates job)
2.take a coffee from the counter and bring it to an empty table
3.repeat
4. Once all tables are served you can talk to the boss to end the shift and recieve payment.
If you want to add more features it's pretty easy to do so on your own, like adding a timer or maybe different types of orders to drop off.
It's not perfect but I did my best to keep it simple. It could also be repurposed for a bar, stocking shelves, cleaning toilets, etc.
