Display States' icons

Introduction
BCj requested a script to display states' icons on the battlefield.
As she's using a custom battle status window, the default Yanfly's one doesn't
work as intended.
I hope it'll help some.
Features
-Display states' icons at top or bottom of the battler's sprite
-Display a turn counter
-Blink effect
