Introduction :
This plugin gives the user to create popup messages above a characters head in maps. It's rather simplistic, and can only
display text, but it does come with the ability to adjust font size, and text color per message. The plugin also has a sound effect parameter, which will allow you to have a sound effect play when a popup is displayed.

[*]Display a simple text message above an the player, an event, a follower, or an actor in maps.
[*]Have a sound effect play when a popup message is displayed.
[*]Adjust font size of popups.
[*]Adjust font color of popups.
