If you're a plugin creator and noticed that your plugin isn't in the list,
it's mostly due to having a file attachment in thread as an only download.
Maybe please consider an alternate mirror for plugin download:
perhaps Pastebin or Github?
September 2021 update: using github page url, I won't be adding anymore plugin into list
June 2020 update: Now over 1250 plugins listed
