TTK - Draggable Camera (v1.0.0)
Introduction
This plugin allows the player to drag and move the camera.
How to use
Save the script in a .js and move it to js/plugins folder.
If you want a smooth scroll after leave the mouse, you can just activate this plugin: http://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?/topic/49906-swipe-move/?view=findpost&p=494420
